REGISTRATION

To register to the Symposium, please

• download and compile the registration form;

• save it as  registration_surname_name.doc  (or .docx, or other accepted word processing formats: Openoffice, RTF);

• send the registration form and the payment receipt by email to the Symposium Secretariat. Email: icophos5@gmail.com 

Requests of visa and/or invitation letter

Participants wishing to contribute with an oral, and/or poster presentation should submit their abstract before May 15, 2025 and complete their registration before June 30, 2025.

Abstracts of scientific communications will be peer-reviewed by the Scientific Committee.
Authors will receive notification of Abstract acceptance within May 30, 2025.

After acceptance, the registration and payment of fees should be completed before June 30, 2025.

Once bank transfer will be completed, the Organizing Committee will send you an email for final confirmation.

The registration fee for ALL PARTICIPANTS includes: welcome cocktail, admission to the scientific sessions, conference kit (final program, abstract book, etc),  coffee breaks, and social events. Social dinner is included.

The registration fee for the DAILY REGISTERED PARTICIPANTS includes: admission to the scientific sessions, conference kit (final program, abstract book, etc.), coffee breaks, and lunch. Social dinner is not included.

The registration fee for ACCOMPANYING PERSON includes: welcome cocktail, social dinner, and social events.
