ABSTRACT SUBMISSION

To submit a scientific contribution, please

• download and compile the abstract template;

• save it as your  surname_name.doc  (or .docx, or other accepted word processing formats: Openoffice, RTF);

• send it by email at the Symposium Secretariat before May 15, 2025

Abstracts of scientific communications will be peer-reviewed by the Local Committee.
Authors will receive notification of Abstract acceptance within May 30, 2025, with the indication about the oral, or poster presentation.

The scientific contributions will be included in the Abstract Book and in the Conference program if at least the presenting Author will complete its registration at the ICOPHOS-5, and  up to date with the payment, before June 30, 2025,  to confirm participation.


POSTER GUIDELINES
 
The maximum allowed poster size is: 80 cm wide and 110 cm high.


ORAL PRESENTATION GUIDELINES

Oral presentations: 20 minutes including the time for questions.
